When we talk about “eSigns,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy, we are referring to the service provided by Frevation Co., Ltd. When we talk about the “services” in this policy, we are referring to our online electronic tax invoice documents creation platform. Our services are currently available for use via a web browser to your desktop or mobile device.

Information we collect and receive

1. Customer Data

This is the type of information that can be used to contact or identify you. We only collect this data when you create account or update your information by your own. Providing your personal data to us is your choice. If you choose not to provide us with certain personal data, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features of our Site and Services.

Our company collect as little user information as possible. eSigns may retrieve and store your:

– Mobile number

2. Google Customer Data

If you need to use automatic send electronic tax invoice via email for making time stamp and send electronic tax invoice via email to your customer, you need to press “Sign in with Google” button. After grant Leceipt permission, we will store your:

– Google OAuth tokens

We use this data to send email on your behalf when you command to do so via the Google Gmail API without store file or any email information in our server.

If you do not need to use this function, you can revoke access at any time.

3. Google OAuth Scopes

When authenticating a Google Account with Leceipt, we request the use of OAuth scopes. This are needed by eSigns for the following reasons:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send : This scope is needed in order to send emails on behalf of the user to Revenue Department of Thailand for making timestamp signature on electronic tax invoice file and send electronic tax invoice file to user’s customer via email.

This scopes are improving user-facing features that are in prominent Leceipt only. We do not transfer data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze some types of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality, including your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version or specific pages accessed during your visits to our website. This third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

How we use your information

We do not have any advertising on our site. Any of the information we collect from you be used to provide and improve the services.

Your mobile device may provide you with choices around how and whether location or other data is collected and shared. eSigns does not control these choices, or default settings, which are offered by makers of your browser or mobile device operating system.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may transfer or share your personal information with trusted and Thailand’s personal data protection act law-compliant third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, provide payment service or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
